COUNTDOWN TO GAMETIME

Due to some issues with Blogger, I can't do my usual style with pictures, bold lettering, and different letter sizes. Here's the simple version:

Keenan McCardell is active for the Chargers today. While he no longer has a fantasy impact, he should be another solid option for the Chargers potent offense.

Colts WR Brandon Stokley is active for the first time since week 5. He's also lost all value as a fantasy player, but if anything he should boost Peyton Manning's value a bit, and take a bit of coverage off the other WRs.

Rex Grossman's job is coming into question, and with a poor performance at home this week against Minnesota, we could see Brian Griese take his place. The Bears aren't shy about doing something like this. Just look back to last year with Kyle Orton.

Saints wideout Joe Horn will play Sunday. It never looked as though he would not, and now that he offically is, make sure he's in your lineup today. He should have a very good day against the Niners.

While Horn is playing, star rookie WR Marques Colston is not. This will most likely be his last week out of the lineup. This is only good news for Devery Henderson owners who can now feel safe to play him.

There has been some talk that if the Giants don't win today, Tom Coughlin will be fired. This is highly unlikely and probably the result of talk radio. Either way this is a huge game that if the Giants lose, could cause the team to possibly quit the rest of the way due to all the conflict between players and coaches.
